Young Elementary: 6-9 Years

  • Children ages 6-9 of all kinds are welcome to join in this fun and whimsical hour of play and mindfulness. During this class, we play fun and challenging yoga games, wind our way through interactive stories, and practice deep breathing skills we can use in everyday life. Then, we’ll wind down and calm our bodies with a short guided meditation story for young children.

  • What to wear:

    Their favorite T-shirt, PJs, a onsie, a skirt and shorts - if they’re covered and comfy, anything works! All outfits are welcome - just make sure you can MOVE!

  • What to bring:

    Nothing is needed to participate in our classes except a positive attitude! A water bottle is welcome if you would like.

    Accessories such as loose jewelry, toys, or stuffies from home (unless pre-approved by the instructor) are best left in the lobby with your grown-up.
